Quez Scheduling text message privacy policy

This policy covers the mobile number you give us for meeting reminders, operated by Quez Media Marketing, Inc., PO Box 31360, Independence, OH 44131. The program is described in the text message terms.

What we collect

The mobile number you enter, the time you checked the text reminders box, and which version of the consent wording you saw. We collect them only if you check the box.

How we use it

Only to text you about the meeting you booked. We do not use it for marketing or promotions.

How we protect and keep it

The number is stored encrypted. When you reply STOP, your carrier blocks further texts at once, and we delete the number from our records the next time we try to send. It is also deleted when the booking record is anonymized under our retention schedule.

Who receives it

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Our text delivery provider handles the number only to deliver our messages to you.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. To see what we hold about you, or to ask us to delete your number, email info@quezmedia.com.
